🌊 Decks are crafted with great attention to detail. Five layers of premium Canadian maple are glued using polyurethane adhesive and pressed in metal molds with a hydraulic press. Each board is cut using a CNC machine operated by professional shapers. The edges are hand-sanded, and the top ply features a laser-engraved logo. Finally, the decks are finished with a high-gloss lacquer. Each deck is packaged in a black satin pouch with silver lettering.
